Premio Nobel per la pace 2021 e Trump nella stessa frase? A quanto pare si.
Secondo le ultime notizie, Tybring-Gjedde, membro del parlamento norvegese, avrebbe nominato per il Premio Nobel per la pace 2021 proprio Donald Trump.
Tybring-Gjedde avrebbe riconosciuto al Presidente degli USA un decisivo ruolo di mediazione nellʼaccordo tra Israele ed Emirati Arabi Uniti, dichiarando a Fox News quanto segue: “Penso che Trump abbia compiuto più sforzi di qualunque altro candidato per creare pace tra le nazioni”.
Il norvegese, nella lettera presentata per la nomination di Trump per il Premio Nobel, avrebbe, infatti, scritto: “Dato che si attende che altre nazioni mediorientali seguano il percorso fatto dagli Emirati, questo accordo potrebbe essere un punto di svolta che trasforma il Medio Oriente in una zona di prosperità e cooperazione”.
Ad anticipare la nomitation di Trump nelle scorse settimane ci aveva pensato il consigliere per la sicurezza nazionale degli Stati Uniti, Robert O’Brien.
Quest’ultimo aveva, non a caso evidentemente, affermato:“È davvero notevole se si fa un passo indietro e si guarda a ciò che questo presidente ha fatto sul fronte della pace e non mi sorprenderebbe se alla fine il presidente venisse nominato. Il lavoro di oggi è un esempio del motivo per cui sarebbe giustamente considerato e dovrebbe essere in prima linea per il Premio Nobel per la pace”.
