WC inclinato. Questa l’idea curiosa che, stando alle ultime notizie, sarebbe stata approvata, per aumentare la produttività lavorativa, data l’impossibilità di restarci per più di 5 minuti.
Chi non ha mai approfittato della pausa in bagno nell’orario di lavoro per staccare qualche minuto dal proprio lavoro?
A quanto pare, a breve, tutto questo potrebbe non esistere più, o almeno non per più di 5 minuti.
L’ideatore dello StandardToilet, nome del WC inclinato, è Mahabir Gill.
Gill, designer e ingegnere britannico, ha potuto “esultare” lo scorso dicembre, dopo che la BTA, la British Toilet association, ha approvato l’invenzione.
L’obiettivo di quest’ultima sarebbe quello di aumentare la produttività lavorativa, ad esempio in ufficio, evitando le pause prolungate.
Ciò sarebbe possibile grazie alla pendenza di 13 gradi che renderebbe impossibile resistere più di 5 minuti seduti sul WC.
Il progetto, diventato virale sui social, sta creando veri e propri dibattiti, soprattutto dopo il periodo di Covid, che ha costretto milioni di lavoratori allo smart-working.
Moltissime persone stanno criticando l’idea di Gill, definendola “assurda, dittatoriale e che ricorda i periodi di schiavismo”.
Il designer ha raccontato di aver avuto quest’idea dopo che gli è capitato, durante i suoi 40 anni di lavoro, di beccare dipendenti letteralmente addormentati sul WC.
Lo StandardToilet è già in vendita nel Regno Unito con un prezzo tra 150 e 500 sterline e diverse aziende sarebbero in trattativa per l’installazione.
