Ristorante aperto nonostante divieti – Un ristorante regolarmente aperto nonostante i divieti anti-Covid impongano la chiusura di questo tipo di attività, consentendo soltanto l’asporto e la consegna a domicilio: questa la scoperta effettuata dalla Polizia di Stato nella serata di ieri, mercoledì 23 dicembre, in via Calasanzio, nella zona della Duchesca, a due passi dalla Stazione Centrale di Napoli.
Gli agenti del commissariato Vicaria-Mercato, impegnati nel servizio di controllo del territorio, nel transitare in via Calasanzio hanno notato il ristorante in piena attività: alla vista dei poliziotti, i clienti che si trovavano all’interno dell’attività commerciali sono fuggiti, facendo perdere le loro tracce. Entrati nel locale, gli agenti hanno sanzionato il proprietario, un uomo di 35 anni di origini nigeriane, mentre il locale è stato chiuso per 5 giorni, come disposto dalle normative anti-Covid.
Sette minorenni assembrati in una casa: tutti multati
Nell’ambito ancora del servizio di controllo del territorio, gli agenti della Polizia di Stato dello stesso commissariato hanno ricevuto segnalazione della Centrale Operativa di alcuni schiamazzi provenienti da un edificio sito in vico Tutti i Santi, al Borgo Sant’Antonio Abate, ancora nella zona della Stazione Centrale.
Giunti sul posto, gli agenti hanno scoperto, in un terraneo, sette minorenni, in barba alle norme che impongono il distanziamento sociale e l’utilizzo della mascherina: i ragazzi sono stati sanzionati per inottemperanza alle misure anti-Covid e riaffidati ai genitori. Da oggi, in Campania come nel resto d’Italia, parte la zona rossa per le festività natalizia: il Prefetto di Napoli Marco Valentini ha annunciato controlli più serrati in città.
