Ilaria Capua, in collegamento con Giovanni Floris a DiMartedì, su La7, invita gli italiani a stare a casa se si vuole abbassare la curva dei contagi da coronavirus.
“Non c’è riuscito nessuno a fermare la corsa del virus se non Paesi che hanno applicato misure estreme, altro che le persone che in Italia si lamentano della situazione della loro libertà. O Paesi con situazioni particolari come la Nuova Zelanda. Cerchiamo di fare paragoni con i nostri vicini”, ha spiegato Capua.
“Il vulnus di questa tragedia – ha aggiunto – è che all’inizio non ci ha creduto nessuno e si sono persi mesi. Tutti noi siamo vulnerabili a questa infezione. Dal punto di vista della ricettività noi tutti ci infetteremo e quindi dobbiamo smettere di credere che a noi non succede niente. Dobbiamo riflettere sul fatto che abbiamo un Paese e un mondo in ginocchio, perché non è solo un problema dell’Italia”.
“Dovremo gestire le scie della pandemia e dovremo farlo con l’approccio adatto per una situazione che si è trasformata. Ora la soluzione è stare fermi: si tratta di 2 mesi e siamo dall’altra parte. Bisogna stare a casa, evitare gli spostamenti e uscire il meno possibile, solo se indispensabile”, ha aggiunto.
