Piscine e palestre chiuse, teatri e cinema chiusi. Sono solo alcune delle restrizioni che da domani 26 ottobre saranno valide fino al 24 novembre.

“L’analisi della curva epidemiologica ha ormai raggiunto livelli preoccupanti. L’indice RT ha raggiunto la soglia critica di 1.5. Ieri abbiamo sfiorato i 20 mila nuovi casi. Il Governo si è dato un obiettivo chiaro, vogliamo tenere sotto controllo la curva epidemiologica. Solo in questo modo potremo gestire la pandemia senza rimanere sopraffatti. Dobbiamo scongiurare un secondo lockdown generalizzato, il paese non può più permetterselo. Dobbiamo fare il possibile per proteggere salute ed economia”.
“Le nuove misure entreranno in vigore da stasera a mezzanotte e saranno valide fino al 24 novembre. Ristoranti, bar e locali saranno aperti fino alle ore 18. Sarà vietato consumare cibi e bevande nelle piazze e all’aperto dopo le 18. Chiudono palestre, piscine, sale scommesse, cinema, teatri, sale da concerto. Una decisione che è stata molto difficile da prendere. Restano aperti invece i musei”
“Non sono consentiti i festeggiamenti conseguenti a cerimonie civili o religiose. Tutte le fiere o i convegni sono sospesi, sospesi tutti gli sport tranne quelli professionistici. Per i licei e gli istituti tecnici, incrementiamo la didattica a distanza almeno per il 75%. Incentiviamo lo smart working in tutte le aziende. Confidiamo di alleggerire così l’afflusso al trasporto pubblico.
“Raccomandiamo come bisogna muoversi solo per motivi di necessità, lavoro o studio”.
“Non mi piace fare promesse, ma sono già pronti gli indennizzi per coloro i quali saranno penalizzati da queste nuove norme. Se in questo mese di novembre rispetteremo le regole, potremo affrontare dicembre e le festività natalizie con maggiore serenità”.
“Ai primi di dicembre tra l’altro sono previste anche le prime dosi del vaccino”.
“Le Regioni hanno avuto un lungo confronto col Governo, ci siamo ritrovati con una proposta diversa rispetto alla chiusura di bar e ristoranti. Fin qui, nelle scorse settimane abbiamo perseguito una strategia che consentiva alle regioni di prendere delle scelte individuali. I dati però ci hanno obbligato ad effettuare misure restrittive per tutta Italia”.
“Lockdown? Abbiamo pensato che più che un coprifuoco, abbiamo pensato di chiudere quei posti dove si creano assembramenti. Ecco perché interveniamo alle 18 con una chiusura anticipata, capisco che ci sarà disagio. Ma per tutti gli imprenditori di questi settori sono già pronti dei sostegni economici”.
“Natale? Lo diciamo con la massima cautela, ma noi confidiamo di migliorare la curva epidemiologica in queste settimane per affrontare al meglio il mese di dicembre. Speriamo di arrivare al Natale con predisposizione d’animo serena. Queste misure messe in atto quindi sono necessarie, spero anche sufficienti”.
