Ora la Procura generale di Milano Nunzia Ciaravolo ha chiesto la conferma della condanna a 20 anni di carcere decisa in primo grado in abbreviato per un 36enne a processo per avere ucciso il suocero. Quest’ultimo era accusato di avere abusato della nipotina, a Rozzano (Milano), nel febbraio 2019. La sostituta pg Nunzia Ciaravolo ha anche chiesto la conferma della condanna a 18 anni di carcere per il complice. L’uomo che lo accompagnò in motorino sul luogo del delitto.

Il difensore di quest’ultimo ha chiesto l’assoluzione, sostenendo che il suo assistito non era a conoscenza dei propositi dell’amico che poi sparò all’anziano in un parco del centro dell’hinterland milanese.

Ora la parola al difensore del killer e più tardi i giudici potrebbero ritirarsi in camera di consiglio ed emettere la sentenza nel pomeriggio. Il delitto è accaduto il 25 febbraio di due anni fa.

Quel giorno, intanto, al Palazzo di Giustizia di Milano, si era da poco concluso un incidente probatorio nel quale la bimba di otto anni aveva parlato degli abusi che avrebbe subito dal nonno. In quell’occasione, davanti al giudice e alla madre della piccola, ossia la figlia del 63enne ucciso, era arrivata, in sostanza, la conferma dei racconti già resi dalla bambina alla polizia.
