La polizia municipale di Torino ha sequestrato 33 chili di cibo mal conservato. Il fatto è avvenuto in un ristorante cinese del centro cittadino. Alcuni degli alimenti erano stati acquistati freschi, ma congelati senza l’utilizzo dell’abbattitore di temperatura. Altri erano stati comprati già congelati, ma non avevano le coperture o sacchetti idonei.
La titolare del locale, una 46enne cinese, è stata denunciata per somministrazione di alimenti in cattivo stato di conservazione e multata per le precarie condizioni igienico sanitarie della cucina.
Vicenda molto simile a quella di Torino, o probabilmente peggiore, era stata quella di Roma.
Durante in un’ispezione nelle cucine e nella dispensa di un ristorante cinese in provincia di Roma, i militari del Nas dei carabinieri avevano trovato prima delle tracce di escrementi e poi delle carcasse di roditori, morti da tempo.
Inoltre, in quel caso c’era stato un sequestro ben più ampio dei 33 chili di cibo del ristorante di Torino: addirittura 200.
