Era aperto e stava regolarmente lavorando nonostante la zona rossa: per questo motivo un parrucchiere è stato multato dalla Polizia di Stato a Milano.
L’episodio è avvenuto nella serata di, lunedì 29 marzo. Il parrucchiere, un uomo di 48 anni, nonostante le restrizioni in vigore a Milano come in tutta la Lombardia, era regolarmente all’interno del suo salone in via Felice Casati, zona Porta Venezia, e stava tagliando i capelli a un suo cliente.
Nel locale c’era inoltre un’altra persona in attesa del proprio turno.
Come avvenuto spesso per le feste abusive in casa, anche in questo caso a condurre gli agenti dal parrucchiere aperto illegalmente è stata la segnalazione di un cittadino: si tratta di un residente della zona che ha utilizzato l’app della polizia, YouPol, per riferire agli agenti che il parrucchiere era aperto in spregio alle regole.
E così, attorno alle 19.30, come riferisce l’agenzia Ansa i poliziotti si sono recati presso l’attività del 48enne sorprendendo l’uomo assieme ai suoi due clienti, una donna di 37 anni e un uomo di 28.
Tutti e tre sono stati multati per la violazione delle norme anti Covid 19. Non è d’altronde la prima volta che accade: in questa “nuova” zona rossa, dove a differenza dei mesi passati anche i parrucchieri sono costretti a rimanere chiusi, qualcuno ha provato ad andare avanti lo stesso.
È il caso del 20enne di Martinengo, in provincia di Bergamo, che aveva trasformato il garage in un salone da coiffeur ed è stato scoperto dalla polizia locale. Nel salone “abusivo” gli agenti avevano trovato anche tre clienti che, in attesa del loro turno, stavano giocando a carte.
