Mehmed Hrustic – “Io l’ho picchiato ma non forte, l’ho morsicato ma non forte. Mi sono preso la colpa per lei, che quella notte lo ha picchiato e gli ha dato un pugno sull’occhio e gli ha spento le sigarette sul corpo”.
E’ l’agghiacciante deposizione del 26enne Alija Hrustic, alla Corte d’Assise di Milano dove è imputato per l’omicidio di Mehmed il bimbo di due anni morto a maggio 2019. Hrustic accusa dell’omicidio la moglie che nel processo è parte civile.
“Anche la mamma picchiava Mehmed. Era la sua mamma che lo picchiava e lo trattava male. Io l’ho picchiato piano, mi sono preso io tutta la colpa, ma l’ha picchiato mia moglie. Mi sono preso io la colpa per mia moglie”.
Si è difeso cosi davanti ai giudici della Corte d’Assise di Milano Alija Hrustic, il padre del piccolo Mehmed, il bambino di 2 anni ucciso a calci e pugni nella notte tra il 21 e il 22 maggio 2019 nella casa di famiglia, in via Ricciardelli a Milano. Sul corpo del piccolo, come è stato ricordato in aula dal pm, “c’erano lividi ovunque e 51 segni di lesioni”, tra cui una frattura letale alla scatola cranica.
“L’ho svegliato e preso a morsi” – Nel corso della sua testimonianza, l’uomo, assistito da un’interprete, aveva detto di aver fumato hashish quella sera e di essere stato in preda a “paranoie”.
“Le paranoie erano nei confronti di mio figlio Mehmed – ha aggiunto – . Il mio cervello mi diceva di picchiarlo ma a me non andava di fargli tanto male. Gli davo schiaffi e botte sulla testa”. Quella notte, dopo averlo svegliato, l’uomo ha ammesso di aver “morso” il bambino, ma “per giocare e lui rideva”. “Lui aveva la pelle delicata, appena gli facevo qualcosa restava il segno”, ha aggiunto l’uomo.
Bruciature su tutto il corpicino – Sul corpo del bambino l’autopsia ha mostrato che c’erano anche diverse bruciature di sigaretta, tra cui alcune risalenti a poche ore prima della sua morte. “Quelle – ha detto il padre incalzato dalle domande del pm – le faceva sua mamma”. “Quella notte la mamma lo ha picchiato – ha ribadito l’uomo -. Quando tornavo a casa la sorella maggiore di Mehmed mi diceva che la mamma lo aveva picchiato”.
Il bambino aveva anche due vistose bruciature sotto la pianta dei piedi, che il padre ha attribuito alla moglie. “Le aveva fatte con una piastra in casa. Non so come le avesse fatte, perche’ era successo quando ero fuori”, ha detto l’uomo nel corso della sua testimonianza davanti ai giudici della corte d’Assise di Milano.
