In questi giorni non si parla d’altro. Riaprire bar, ristoranti, palestre, cinema e tutte quelle attività economiche chiuse da mesi causa Covid.
Ristoratori, imprenditori, proprietari di strutture sportive sono stremati, alcuni sul piede di guerra (e le proteste di Roma ne sono una prova lampante): non ce la fanno più e chiedono al governo una data certa per le riaperture.
Una necessità, insomma: ne è convinto Matteo Bassetti, direttore della clinica di Malattie infettive al San Martino di Genova, che a Open spiega: «Dobbiamo riaprire gradualmente e in sicurezza. Serve coraggio, sono molti i Paesi che stanno riaprendo in queste settimane. Perché noi no? Ci dicano, poi, se bar e ristoranti in questi mesi hanno inciso considerevolmente sui contagi. A me non pare. Anzi, la gente continua a vedersi in casa, nei giardinetti e nelle piazze».
«Spostiamo il coprifuoco alle 24»
La proposta di Bassetti è semplice e chiara: consentire adesso (o comunque entro il mese di maggio) la «riapertura dei locali all’aperto, con i tavoli all’esterno e solo dopo tutto il resto».
E il coprifuoco? Come si può consentire agli italiani di andare al ristorante, anche la sera, se poi devono rincasare entro le 22? «Bisognerebbe spostare il coprifuoco in avanti di due ore, magari portandolo dalle 22 alle 24. Si potrebbe usare anche il green pass visto che abbiamo già milioni di persone vaccinate. Chi ha già ricevuto il vaccino o esibisce un tampone negativo, ad esempio, potrebbe sedersi anche all’interno così da ridurre al minimo i rischi».
Vengono fatte salve chiaramente tutte le altre misure di sicurezza: dal distanziamento sociale al numero di posti limitati nei locali. «Dov’è il problema a riaprire con un clima mite come quello italiano? Devono esserci dei protocolli ben precisi – continua -, che ovviamente devono essere fatti rispettare in maniera rigorosa».
«Maggio è il mese delle riaperture»
«Maggio deve essere il mese delle riaperture – dichiara Bassetti a Open – Si servano le persone all’esterno dei locali, il caldo ci darà una mano. Al massimo, nelle giornate più fredde, si accenderanno i “funghi” per scaldare i commensali all’esterno o si metteranno il cappotto. Ma riapriamo. Ribadisco, prima i locali con gli spazi esterni, poi tutti gli altri magari con pochi tavoli, con un’occupazione ridotta delle sale».
Per Bassetti, è il momento di pensare anche all’economia: «Abbiamo avuto tanto coraggio a chiudere e poco a riaprire. Le paure sono giuste ma si sappia che il rischio zero non esiste. Ora bisogna dare respiro alle attività già sofferenti. Diamo una data ma facciamolo con coerenza: non si dica “riapriamo il” e poi, pochi giorni prima, si torna indietro e si dice “anzi no”», ha aggiunto. Dal 30 aprile potrebbero tornare le zone gialle (cancellate dagli ultimi decreti); intanto la ministra Mariastella Gelmini ha fatto sapere che un cronoprogramma delle riaperture potrebbe «arrivare già questa settimana».
«Sì agli stadi con capienza ridotta»
Bassetti, infine, dice di essere favorevole alla riapertura anche di teatri, cinema e stadi. «Perché non possiamo fare, ad esempio, gli spettacoli all’aperto? Si potrebbero ipotizzare persino all’interno con un adeguato distanziamento, con un tampone negativo, con la vaccinazione. E comunque potremmo garantire il 20-30 per cento di riempimento, non di più».
Sugli stadi, ha le idee chiarissime: «Sì, al 10-15 per cento per gli Europei così da dare una sorta di normalità, almeno per le ultime due partite del campionato. Ingressi separati, mascherine e distanziamento. Lo stadio mi sembra il posto più semplice in cui mettere la gente tenendola distanziata. Se su 80 mila ne metti 8 mila…».
Il ministro Dario Franceschini, a questo proposito, ha già chiesto che, nel caso in cui dovessero essere autorizzati gli eventi sportivi con pubblico, allora le stesse regole dovrebbero essere applicate a concerti e spettacoli negli stadi.
